*If you are interested in taking traffic school, you must appear at Payson Justice Court within 14 days from the date of your ticket to determine if you are eligible for a traffic school option. DO NOT pay for your ticket online.

*If you are over 21, you may have the option of a new statewide program called "Deferred Prosecution".  To find out if you are eligible, or to receive more information about this program, please visit the court's Deferred Traffic Prosecution website click here.

If you are interested in traffic school or deferred traffic prosecution, DO NOT pay your fine until you have filled out the application first.

Please note, if nothing shows up on the payment screen after entering your case number or your citation number, that means you either need to wait until the case is entered into our system or it is a mandatory appearance which requires you to call our office and schedule a hearing in front of the Judge.
