DAILY LUNCHES:

Every weekday at noon. These meals are for seniors 60 and older

Recommended donation of $3 per meal per person.

DAILY ACTIVITIES:

Mondays:  Wood carving 8am-2pm, Ceramics preparation. Kettle Bell exercises: 11am,

Tuesdays:  Wood carving 8am- 4pm. Wall exercises 11am. Oil painting : 8am-4pm (working on your own project).

Wednesdays: Wood carving 8-2pm.  Senior Tops- 9am weigh in.  Ceramics: 9-4.  Drum Ball exercises 11am.

Thursdays: arthritis ball Exercises 11am, Oil painting  8- 4.

Fridays:  Tai Chi relaxation 11am. Bingo after lunch on Fridays

1st Monday: June 3rd: Toenail Trimming for Team 2: Donna Price, John Davis, Leah Hill, Janice Burgess, David Teninty, Elsie Teninty, Bob Block, and Dennis Peterson. 1 pm in the director's office. 

2nd Monday: June 10th: Utah County Health Department Naloxone Training 11:00 am

4th Monday: Piano Entertainment: David Dahlquist right after lunch at 12:30 pm

1st Wednesday: June 5th: Sundance Lift Ride leave at 1:00 pm

2nd  Wednesday: June 12th: Color of the day: Blue

3rd Wednesday: June 19th: Center open but no lunch service.

4th  Wednesday: June 26th: Dinner Outing at Texas Roadhouse. Van leaves the senior center at 5:00 pm.
