Downtown Reconstruction Project

Aerial View of Downtown

Updated 04/29/2024 - The northwest parking lot is paved, striped, and open to the public! We are very grateful for all the work and coordination that went in to providing this new public facility. Red Pine is prepping the two downtown blocks of Main St for curb and gutter which should begin this week. They continue to work on the infrastructure from 100 S to 300 S. Utah Ave is closed from SR198 to 100 East as work has begun on those two blocks as well. Currently, there is no vehicle cross access between any of the quadrants of downtown. The northwest quadrant can be accessed from SR198 into the new parking lot. The southwest quadrant is accessible from 100 S, west of Main St. The southeast quadrant can be reached from 100 S, east of Main St. We have coordinated with the owner of the gas station and Daley Freeze to allow access to the parking lot in the northeast quadrant from SR198 between the two businesses. Stay right of the Daley Freeze drive thru and head to the south of the gas station to utilize the public parking in that area. We understand this is a confusing situation and are doing our best with wayfinding signage to guide patrons to the correct locations. Thank you, all, for your patience and cooperation!
